Return and Exchange of Non-Faulty Goods
  • Returns must be made to the store from which the product was dispatched
  • It is at the discretion of the local store whether a refund will be paid
  • Receipts must be provided as proof of purchase
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
  • The item must be returned within seven days of original purchase
  • Freight charges are non-refundable
  • Any and all custom made and cut products are non-refundable or exchangeable
  • All non-stocked and ordered in items are non-refundable
Return and Exchange of Faulty Goods

  • It is at the discretion of the store of purchase whether to refund, replace or repair faulty goods if they comply with the Manufacturer's warranty conditions.

All clauses comply with the Sale of Goods Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act and, where not stated, all clauses of those Acts apply.
