The XHD Cordless grinder is a great all round grinder packed full of features and suitable for a wide range of applications in the field like sharpening blades, de burring and cutting jobs.

It features a robust aluminum housing gearbox offering 8500 RPM, coupled with a lock off dead-man switch for safety. The grinder is also very comfortable to use with the soft rubber grip back handle and 3 position side handle for various applications.

The grinder will take a 115mm disc and has a standard M14 x 2 thread for attaching wire cup brushes etc, it also has a tool-less quick lock rotateable guard.

The motor is an extremely powerful yet compact and lightweight. Brushless motors offer many features over brushed equivalent such as smaller size and weight with increased output power, cooler operating temperatures, more power efficient which results in increased run time, and less maintenance as there are no wearing parts.

It is fitted with an electronic circuit board that monitors the performance of the motor that will cut the power if the tool is under too much load, this is a great feature as it will protect the operator from injury and also protect the tool from overload damage.
