This saw has been designed and manufactured for use within industry.

When we saw this machine at the factory we were very impressed with the build quality and the features it offers.As we buy it direct from the factory we can offer this professional quality saw at a ridiculously good price.

It features a full cast aluminum base and frame that is very light and strong, the machine will mitre and bevel left and right up to 45 degrees plus has positive mitre stops at all the common angles, this eliminates any movement in the base between cuts. The two side extension tables are a nice touch for offering extra support for those longer length boards.

This saw features a powerful 1700watt belt drive electric motor that has been wound with 200 degree celcius high temperature windings so is designed to last . The rails also have very smooth roller bearings.

The laser guide is a nice touch to make it quick and easy to see where you are cutting, the rear dust extraction port is a great feature which is ready to be connected to your vacuum cleaner.

All round this is a great heavy duty saw with a very versatile cutting capacity and range, ideal for around the home, for builders and landscaping etc. Great saw for decking and fencing as well.

On seeing this mitre saw stand in the factory show room I have got to say how impressed I was with its sturdy steel construction.
A lot of thought has gone into this product to make it really strong and user friendly.

Its basic base construction is a double 35mm pipe frame with a bracket at each end, each bracket has two 30mm round out legs which can be locked into place.
Two adjustable clamps on brackets are supplied that can be bolted to the machine base. These brackets can easily be taken on or off the stand. This also enables the machine to be used on another work surface.

The length of the stand can also be extended either end by drawing out the twin round pipes which can then be locked into place. At the end of these frames an adjustable bracket with a 240mm wide roller with a fold down stop, this makes it easy for passing material through or trimming it to length.

This stand is really good value for money!
