    Garbage gimmick

    These only lock on to vertical plates.
    If you are planning to use them on your packout toolboxes or trolley dont buy wheeler then don’t buy them because they just fall off.
    Took them back to Toolshed and they said they wont work on horizontal packout applications.
    This should be noted for potential buyers to see before they waste they money buying these.
