Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Name: The ToolShed GoodMates Fieldays Smart Band Competition

2. Promoter: Waikato Import Agencies Ltd (Trading as The ToolShed)

3. Promotion Period:
   Starts: Wednesday 11 June 2025
   Ends: Saturday 14 June 2025

4. Eligibility:

   • Open to attendees of Fieldays 2025 who scan their Smart Band at The ToolShed site.

   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.

   • Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. How to Enter:

   • Scan your Fieldays Smart Band at The ToolShed site to sign up as a ToolShed GoodMate and automatically be entered the prize draw.

6. Prize Details:

   • One (1) TRUXON Tool Chest valued at $599 NZD (incl. GST).

   • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

7. Prize Draw:

   • The winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 16 June 2025.

   • The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided through their Smart Band profile.

   • If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. General:

   • By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and the associated Privacy Policy.

   • The ToolShed reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process.

   • This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fieldays or Mystery Creek Events Centre.

• We collect your name and contact details (e.g., email address and/or phone number), as provided in your Fieldays Smart Band profile.

• This information is used to register you as a ToolShed GoodMate and enter you into our prize draw.

We collect your personal information for the following purposes:

• To register you as a ToolShed GoodMate (including sending you ToolShed promotional content, offers and updates).

• To enter you into the draw to win a TRUXON Tool Chest valued at $599.

• All personal information is securely transferred and stored in accordance with The ToolShed’s data security policies.
