Auction Time & Location
- The auction will be held 2pm, Saturday 14th June 2025 at The ToolShed Fieldays site.
Stock Availability
- All items auctioned are demo units used during Fieldays® for display and demonstration purposes.
- Quantities are limited to:
  
  1x ToolShed Log Splitter 5 Tonne (TSLS05)
  1x ToolShed Petrol Powered Log Splitter 15 Tonne (TSLS15)
  1x ToolShed Log Splitter 27 Tonne Petrol (TSLS27)
Condition of Goods
- Items are sold as-is, in their demonstrated condition.
- No warranty is expressed or implied beyond existing manufacturer's coverage.
Bidding & Purchase
- All bids are final and the highest bid will be deemed the winner.
- Payment is required immediately after the auction concludes via EFTPOS, credit card or cash.
Collection of Goods
- Goods must be collected from The ToolShed site or as arranged with staff.
- Delivery may be arranged at the buyer's expense.
Participation
- Bidders must be 18 years or older.
- The ToolShed reserves the right to withdraw items, refuse bids or cancel the auction at its discretion.
