    good macnine

    down about a years hard work on a life style block no complaints except the harness which needs to be far better. Loading the string no issue... easy start, plenty of grunt. my only issue is the harness, which fell apart after 20 mins, otherwise it would be a 5 star

    Line trimmer

    Love my new trimmer so easy to work and thread up I read reviews on threading nylon thought be a night mare but was so easy . Lots of power

    Hi Jim,
    Yep we are aware the head can be difficult to load line too the next shipment had a new and improved head. Please contact one of our stores and we'll replace your head with a new one.
