It performs well even under bright light conditions (including outside) up to 100m. Operates at an accuracy of +/-2mm with a laser pointer and 2 level vials to increase aiming accuracy. The built-in calculators can easily add or subtract measurements as well as calculate area, volume, and Pythagoras. The unit offers measurements in metric and imperial, and continuous measuring mode, all housed in a small light weight case.
