Designed for the professional carpenter, remodeler, or general contractor, the M12 FUEL™ 75mm Random Orbital Sander combines the power and efficiency to sand the toughest materials on site while the compact pad size allows for delicate, controlled sanding during the installation of trim, railings or other refinishing applications. The
sander delivers precise removal for spot sanding, maximum control and maneuverability, and efficient dust collection. Ergonomically engineered, the sander has great access to hard-to-reach areas and active dust extraction for minimal dust build-up with the versatility to utilise the included bag or universal hose adaptor. The sander features a random orbital sanding motion with a 2.5mm orbit diameter to deliver a clean, consistent staingrade surface finish, a variable speed trigger with a lock-on button, and four-speed settings from 10K - 4K for control across a wide variety of materials. The lightweight design at 0.9kg provides unmatched maneuverability and reduced fatigue when used across multiple orientations. The adjustable On/Off LED light bar illuminates 270 degrees for maximum visibility of the work area. The optional sponge pad allows the abrasive to contour to the work surface when working with complex trim profiles, while the pad saver protects against heat buildup to extend the life of the backing pad.

Mesh sanding discs use an open weave design to minimise clogging and reduce material build-up for a smooth and flawless finish. The durable nylon backing increases protection against sharp edges, tight corners and tough material removal applications while utilising sharp aluminium oxide grain for faster finishing. The reusable mesh sanding discs are easy to clean for longer life; simply shake, vacuum, blow or rinse to clear away debris. High-quality hook & loop provides a secure connection and fast grit swaps. Sanding discs are available in various grits for use in wood, metal, and plastics. With mesh sanding discs, use the included pad saver for reduced wear on sander pad - attach between sander backing pad and sanding disc.
