The ToolShed Father's Day Fireplace Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

Every $50 spent in a single transaction in-store or online at The ToolShed from 28 August to 30 September 2026 earns one entry in the draw to WIN the Ultimate Bakewell Burners Outdoor Entertaining Prize Pack, valued over $9,000 RRP.

1. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from 12:01am on 28 August 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 September 2026.

2. How to Enter
To enter, you must spend $50 or more in a single transaction, including GST, at any ToolShed store or online at www.thetoolshed.co.nz during the promotion period.

For every full $50 spent, you will receive one entry. Multiple entries are permitted. For example, a $50 purchase earns one entry, a $100 purchase earns two entries and a $150 purchase earns three entries. Any remaining amount below the next full $50 does not count towards an additional entry.

3. Online Entry Required
Entries are not automatic. After making a qualifying purchase, you must complete the online competition entry form at Bakewell Burners Entry Form before 9 October 2026. Only entries submitted via the online entry form will be eligible for the prize draw.

4. Qualifying Purchases
Entries are calculated on the final purchase value, including GST. Purchases that are subsequently refunded, returned or cancelled will not qualify and any entries associated with those purchases may be removed from the draw.

5. The Prize
The winner will receive the Ultimate Bakewell Burners Outdoor Entertaining Prize Pack including:

  • 1 × Bakewell Burners Classic Outdoor Fireplace – RRP $7,490
  • 1 × Cast Iron Hotplate with Swivel Arm and Handle – RRP $499
  • 1 × Set of Side Tables – RRP $699
  • 2 × Bakewell Burners branded stubby coolers
  • 2 × Bakewell Burners branded caps
  • 1 × Bakewell Burners branded cooking apron
  • Shipping

The total prize value is over $9,000 RRP.

The prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other product or service.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries submitted via the online competition entry form following the end of the promotion period.

The winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided on their entry form.

If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days or is found to be ineligible, The ToolShed reserves the right to redraw the prize from the remaining qualifying entries.

7. Eligibility
Employees of The ToolShed, Bakewell Burners, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

The ToolShed reserves the right to verify any entry and disqualify any entrant or entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is considered fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

8. Promotion Conditions
By entering the competition, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The ToolShed reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The winner agrees that The ToolShed may use their name, suburb and photographs for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the competition without additional compensation.
