Great tool
Worked great cleaned up falling tree. Did the whole clean up with one charge. -

Hi Craig,
I think you're using the machine incorrectly or it's faulty, the unit comes with a genuine Oregon chain and bar. please bring it into one for one of our team to inspect.

It works, but not impressed
The chain comes loose on mine. Two cuts and you have to tweak, five cuts and you have to disassemble and clean the whole m echanism, and I'm talking logs max 250mm diameter. Use 5AH battery to not get frustrated. Very frustrating using on de-limbing a large shrub or fruit tree,for which it should be convenient. The chain comes loos every few minutes.
