The latest Utility Knife from the ToolShed is new and improved with some impressive safety features. Manufactured with heavy-use applications in mind, the handle grip is made of comfortable lightweight rubber to minimise the risk of slipping in your hand during use, the body is constructed from Aluminium alloy that is durable to last its lifetime, and light enough so as not to cause hand fatigue while using it.
This retractable utility knife offers the user 3 different operation methods for various applications, these include a safe hidden access to the blade for cutting packaging straps and string etc, the side sliding button allows you to lock the blade out for high demand situations such as cutting carpet and cardboard, and the top button lets you retract the blade quickly for cutting packaging tape, once you release you finger on the top button the blade retracts automatically as a great safety feature.
A simple inbuilt cover on the rear easily pops open to reveal a blade storage area so you never run out of sharp blades and always have spares available on the go.
