    Very very good value for the price

    My older model chainsaw finally gave up the ghost, but I didn’t see any sense in outlaying a whole heap of cash for something only used a few times a year.
    I bought this one on sale for a third of a comparable model.
    Pros
    It runs nicely. Good bar, well balanced, easy to clean. Due to helping out a friend, it has been thrashed over the last two years, often running for 3-5 hours a day cutting pine logs into rounds, for several weeks on end. Hasn’t missed a beat.
    Cons
    When I first bought it the seal for the fuel tank was missing. Easily fixed by the local tool shed but disappointing.
    The chain tightening mechanism is in the removable cover, not an integral part of the main body. Yes, this allows easier access, but my experience is that it needs adjusting more than my previous saw.
    Seems to use a lot of chain oil, but that might just be that I am thrashing it.
    Summary
    I thoroughly recommend this. If my current one broke tomorrow, I would go and buy a new one with no reservations. At this price, it’s a no brainer
