Fantastic quality and features for the price

This is an amazing little socket set with some nice features and accessories not found in more expensive sets - like the screwdriver handle piece is actually a second long extension bar with a grip on it (can make it quick to spin loosened bolts in and out) and means this kit has some serious reach ability for a compact 1/4" set, even without counting the flexible shaft attachment which I found works surprisingly well. With more expensive Gearwrench or Milwaukee sets you would need to carry additional extensions to be able to reach hard to access bolts.

In terms of quality I'm also very impressed, in the shop I mostly judged the set by the feel of the ratchet driver which has a very smooth/low drag feel, nice sound and little slop or backlash. I actually preferred the feel/sound of the ratchet to more expensive brands I compared with. It doesn't have 120 points of engagement but 72 is decent enough when the ratchet has minimal slop/backlash. The quick release button is another nice feature that a lot of more expensive sets don't have.

The sockets are also really good for the price, minimal chamfer and compare favourably with other 1/4" sockets I have (Sidchrome and Repco) in how well they grip bolts and fit etc.

The only criticism I would give of the set is the case is not great even for a cheap blow-mold, the bottom half seems to be generic/designed for a slightly different toolset so nothing fits tightly in it (top half with the bits is fine), if you were carrying it around in your car it would rattle a lot. They include a piece of foam that goes between the two halves but it is too thin to hold anything firmly in place and liable to get lost or to blow away if you opened the set outdoors. I'd way rather they cheaped out on the case and packaging than the actual tools though.
