The ToolShed Oscillating Spindle/Belt Sander delivers professional-level results for sanding both intricate shapes and larger wooden workpieces. Combining dual rotation with vertical oscillation, it ensures faster material removal, a smoother finish, and minimises the risk of surface burns—ideal for curved contours, arcs, and irregular shapes.

Fitted with a 450W motor, this bench-mounted unit offers consistent performance and excellent control. The large 400 x 407mm tiltable work table includes preset angle stops at 0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45° for quick adjustments, plus a sliding mitre gauge for added precision when edge sanding. A 38mm Ø dust extraction port helps keep your workspace cleaner and safer.

The sanding drum rotates at 2000 RPM and oscillates 58 times per minute with a 16mm travel, delivering an efficient and uniform finish across a range of shapes and sizes. It comes equipped with five sanding sleeves (80 grit), four rubber drums, and five table inserts—all stored onboard for convenience and organisation.
